No wonder zinc helps me so much: it is involved in most every brain process. And many metabolic processes.
Knowing the scientific detail — i.e., the inductive, integrated knowledge of cause and effect in regard to zinc, the human brain, and human biology — is important, but I learned learned some about the importance of zinc through first-hand experience.
Zinc, I’ve learned, helps my brain stay focused, helps my brain not “malfunction” sometimes, helps keep me from being annoying and grouchy. It’s not a cure-all, of course, but it helps tremendously.
I love science. It gives me a better life and makes the world a happier place.
