Exercise For Excellence

Most everyone wants to improve grades, performance at school, and performance at work. But we have some bad cultural conventions that preclude achieving optimum function.

In “Short-term exercise equals big-time brain boost” (ScienceDaily, December 21, 2017), the author writes:
While other studies have showed brain-health benefits after 20-minutes of a single-bout of exercise, or following commitment to a long-term (24-week) exercise program, this research suggests even 10 minutes of aerobic activity can prime the parts of the brain that help us problem-solve and focus.
Just get some movement in during the day, a few minutes here and there, and you’ll be better off.
