Brain Care is Important

The brain and nervous system are important, yet the vast majority of Americans know little about them (but science still has a lot to learn!), do not modify their diet to the needs of brain and nervous system, do not sleep for brain and nervous system health, and do not focus any of their exercise routine on brain and nervous system function.
