What You and Your Children Eat is Very Important!!!

See what these people suggest: 1.  Dr. Terry Wahl had MS. Modern medicine did not do a thing for her. She “cured” herself with a good diet!!! Wow. Astounding. You should make time to watch her talk (about 20 minutes). 2.  Veronica Garza did not have MS, but she was overweight and had health problems. Again, modern medicine was useless. She improved herself by diet and exercise. Her video is a short 6 minutes. By “good diet,” note that these people mean sticking to meat (preferably grassed meat and wild caught fish); vegetables, fruit, berries, and nuts (preferably organic or home garden grown); and good quality fats: butter, olive oil, coconut oil, fat from wild caught fish and grassfed animals — not, I repeat, not, any corn oil, soybean oil, or other such vegetable oils. If you care about your children’s athletic performance, cognitive performance, or overall health, this is for you.
