Temperature Update

So my temperature around 5:45 PM today was 97.6 F. Getting back to “normal!” But one’s temperature is supposed to be highest around 6 PM to 9 PM or so, and lowest around 2 AM to 4 AM or so. We are supposed to have about a gallon and a quarter (4.7 L) of blood in our bodies — at least a 160 pound male is. What’s the real figure? And what’s the standard deviation? I wonder…
