Hope you had a good spring break!!

This week’s SWOD (study break or work break workout of the day):

10 deep knee bends
throw a tennis ball against a wall and catch it 20 times
roll your shoulders 10 times
roll your knees 10 times
10 pushups
roll arms 10 times
balance on each leg (30 seconds straight, or keep trying till 30 is up)

back to work!

Try to take a break every 20-60 minutes, depending on your task and work demands. The SWOD can be done all week, with variations. Throw in some from weeks past, too.
