Spring break is over! Both of them. 

This week, take work or study breaks every 20-40 minutes and do:
5- 10 air squats (or chair squats, if you need to)
toss a ball back and forth (your own hands — or with someone else) or juggle two or three balls for 20 seconds
10 calf raises
3 times, roll your ankles
3 times, roll your shoulders
10 reps lift something overhead
stand, close your eyes, focus on something good, and breath for 20 seconds
