SWOD!  Study break Workout Of the Day, that is. (You can use it all this week.)

When you are studying, take a break every 20-40 minutes, and do:
1. handstand against a wall: 1 minute done in 6 ten second parts, or 2 thirty second parts, if you can (beginner: do planks);
2. bear crawl forward 5 or 10 yards, then backward to your starting point;
3. crab crawl forward 5 or 10 yards, then backward to your starting point;
4. stand on one leg: 15 seconds each leg (advanced: go longer or close your eyes) beginner: use the wall for support);
5. plank: 30 seconds;
6. 10 pushups.
