Do the worksheets “dangling modifiers,” “sentence fragments,” “run-on or fragment?,” and “run on sentences.”

Other good things to work on:  “commonly confused/misspelled words,” “using commas,” “gerund or infinitive,” “conditional,” phrasal verbs, prepositions, pronouns, adjectives.

On gavilan.edu is a grammar packet entitled “Grammar – Parts of Speech: Summer Assignment.” It has all sorts of goodies in it. 

On blog.monashores.net is another good grammar packet entitled “English 11 Grammar Worksheet Packet.”
