Study break workout and refresher:

roll ankles 3 times each
roll knees 3 times each
5-10 pushups
30 second plank
roll hips 3 times
roll arms (make circles) 3 times
10 air squats
10 jumping jacks (or jump up in air)
repeat a few times.

Remember, we will be doing this multiple times a day and multiple times a week, so we don’t need to make this like a workout.
