Dr. Michael Fowler at the University of Virginia presents physics from a historical point of view. This is critical in education to seeing how concepts and inductions were formed, how context and philosophy matter, how “scientists” make mistakes, and how people had to figure out what science was and how it worked.

On his UVa Website, Dr. Fowler has lecture notes for his course on introductory physics, entitled Galileo and Einstein, and for his course on modern physics, entitled Relativity and Quantum Mechanics.

David Harriman accomplishes the same objectives, but, I think, is actually able to go beyond what Priestley does, as great as that is.
