Just Walk

Just walk — especially in the woods. (Well, don’t only walk, but walk in addition to your other exercise.) In “8 Ways Walking Changes Your Brain For The Better, According To Science” (Bustle.com, Aug 16 2018), Kyli Rodriguez-Cayro writes:

Despite what some people think, you don’t need a fancy gym membership to get the health benefits of working out.
