Better Movement Practice Makes a Better Mind

Some recent movement practice: precision jumping.

Because complex movement —> complex neurological function —> improved cognition and attitude.

And because strength alone and “OMG! Big muscles!” don’t matter.

What matters is functional strength that can be used to achieve values for yourself and for others.

What matters is muscle built upon good ligament and tendon and bone, and controlled by a complex nervous system adapted to survival and to the environment.
