About a pound of shrimp (31-40 count, bought already cooked from HEB, and on sale!); some cantaloupe, raspberries and organic blueberries, with a light sprinkling of chopped walnuts. And coffee. Black. No sugar. No milk. No cream. No additives whatsoever.
Not sure if I overdo it on the fruit and berries; they are good for you, but you should watch the fructose content. I might overdo the coffee, too…but I need it in the morning; besides, it tastes so good…
