Life Needs Balance
Some balance work. All you need is a 2×4 or two. You could even have them inside to walk on everyday.
As it says in the “description“ field, I did this six times in a row. I did these in the afternoon (I usually exercise in the morning) at the beginning of my workout when I was “cold“ (as in, yeah, as you know, before I warmed up).
The first three times I had a glitch or two — but still did not come off the boards — and then I did better in the next three goes.
As with everyone, in everything we do, I can (and will) make my technique better and more masterful.
