A pound or more of sauteed pork tenderloin (it was a deal at $1.99 a pound!!). Sauteed spinach with minced sauteed red onion and garlic, with a sprinkling of pignoli and chopped walnuts mixed in. All sauteed in extra virgin olive oil, of course. Delicious. And healthy: good for the body, good for the brain. Nothing in this meal causes insulin spikes, which affect glucose levels in the blood and therefore brain funtion.
