Study break/work break workout of the week:

roll neck 5 times (variation: roll arms)
hold squat position 20 seconds
toss a ball up (and catch it!) while in squat position (or seated) 10 times
jump up 5 times
jump left and right, one-legged, 5 times each leg
10 pushups (or 10 handstand pushups)
