Rob T wrote me, saying: “OK Michael. You got me off sugar and salt. Since I first followed your comments, I shed 12 pounds down to under 180 lbs. Now I work out on a stationary bike rack – holds the TREK in place in front of CNBC, and a Healthrider, minutes per day. Thought you should know. ” That is great to hear! I’m lovin’ it!  –And what’s more, what he has is healthy weight loss. But he has more than just weight loss; his body composition and function is, as he would find out by measuring parameters of health (blood work, etc.), much improved.
