Mark Pomery, triathelete and coach, is interviewed by Jimmy Moore about diet and athletics. He has some good ideas to reduce inflammation and more. One good idea from the interview is that most people think of asking ‘how many calories did I burn’ after they exercise, while Mark has people think about ‘how many nutrients did I burn through; how many vitamins and minerals did I use and need to replace.’
