All the things you can do to make a healthy, good-tasting breakfast are numerous and varied.
An avocado; brazil nuts; a chunk of Leyden cheese with cumin seeds in it. Followed by some organic strawberries and kiwis, with some almonds and hazelnuts. And hot coffee. Yum.
And people worry about having to give up too much to eat Paleo/EF? Or that they won’t get enough carbs without flour and grains? I’ve given plenty of evidence to the contrary.
As I said before: Even Forrest Gump could do it.
